      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of data analysts and research scientists, overseeing work distribution and project management

      - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to refine and execute research and data strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience managing teams of data analysts
      - Strong background in statistical knowledge and data analysis
      - Demonstrated ability to generate and interpret statistical models and analyses
      - Experience with analytical tools such as R, Python, Excel, and SQL
      - Must be located in Seattle, San Francisco, or New York

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge or experience in workplace equity, compensation, HR consulting, or workforce analytics
      - Experience with people strategy or analytics in a fast-growing tech company
      - Familiarity with rolling out people analytics or BI tools
