What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Attract, manage, develop, and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to maximize their potential and contributions
- Improve lead quality and volume, ensuring the team meets or exceeds performance metrics
- Lead process improvements and tool development to enhance the lead development process
- Collaborate with key business leaders and teams to promote effective communication and alignment
- Support the team in understanding marketing programs and lead generation campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of lead development or inside sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or eCommerce environment
- 1-2 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in developing sales professionals
- Experience managing team performance using Salesforce CRM
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- High energy, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the eCommerce space and strong business acumen
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and internet technologies
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Display advertising
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise markets in a competitive environment
- Proven coaching and skill development techniques
