What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote InSinkErator products to achieve maximum sales volume in retail, hardware wholesaler, and online accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to maximize sales and address challenges
- Analyze sales forecasts, inventory, and point of sale data to identify opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with product marketing to provide strategic input for future product plans and launches
- Train and supervise manufacturers' representatives to enhance customer engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail
- Strong customer service commitment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
