What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the software development of ScoutFocus, a graph visualization and analysis tool
- Plan and execute deliverables, ensuring alignment with enterprise KPIs
- Drive the strategic roadmap for ScoutFocus in line with the organization's vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor teammates
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology management, or related field (or relevant experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a software development/technical lead
- Advanced proficiency in Java, SQL, and current front-end/UI frameworks
- Deep knowledge of graph databases or extensive experience with relational databases
- Exceptional communication skills and experience in agile environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding and experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing
- Experience presenting and demonstrating software to clients and executive leadership
- Background in coordinating and guiding the work of others
- Experience in fast-paced environments and breaking down complex problems
