What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and execution of the strategic roadmap for the ScoutFocus visualization tool
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Manage deliverables and performance metrics related to data organization and enterprise KPIs
- Communicate proactively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive product adoption
- Mentor and elevate team members while fostering a collaborative work environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology management, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for degree)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software development or technical lead
- Advanced proficiency in Java, SQL, and various front-end/UI frameworks
- Deep knowledge of graph databases, with preference for experience in Snowflake
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments and manage ambiguity
