What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the development of products and solutions for the Provider Data Platform, ensuring ongoing systems performance and integrity
- Oversee the analysis, design, engineering, and continuous delivery of provider data software
- Lead and mentor multiple scrum teams, fostering a collaborative developer culture
- Evaluate team performance against goals and recommend buy versus build decisions
- Document and present constructive performance assessments and set developmental goals for team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent documented work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing software engineering teams
- Proven experience in designing and building scalable, data-centric systems and applications
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and data structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly health care provider business data
- Experience with cloud-based applications leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Hands-on development experience in relevant technologies
- Familiarity with on-premise and cloud data architecture patterns
- Experience managing multiple data pipelines and various data file formats
