What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with short release cycles, feature toggle implementations, and continuous integration
- Responsible for development process improvement and removing impediments

- Coaching and mentoring leads through technical and nontechnical challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in software development
- Leading a team
- Working knowledge of unit testing, user stories or use cases, design patterns, and object-oriented software design
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM platform
