What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and developers
- Implement short release cycles, feature toggles, and continuous integration processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development
- Proven experience leading a team as a technical or team lead
- Working knowledge of unit testing, user stories, design patterns, and object-oriented software design
- Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce.com CRM platform and experience with Apex, Flows, and Lightning components

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certification(s)
- Experience with integrating third-party services using platform events
- Proven advocacy for best practices in software design and development
