      The Manager of Special Projects will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with others and manage a large-scale enterprise initiative. This initiative entails implementing operating model changes, new technologies, and process re-engineering.

      The Manager will have the ability to drive a strong, inclusive culture that empowers and engages their teams. As special project leader, they will effectively supervise work streams with dependencies on many different business units and collaborate well throughout the organization. The Manager will have direct reports. This position may be hired at the Senior Manager level depending on the candidate's qualifications and skills.


      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Responsible for managing, planning, and carrying out specific projects in support of a broader transformation and future state service delivery model within an allocated budget and timeframe
      • Develop implementation schedules for plans and proposals and monitors project progress
      • Builds and manages project plans that drive accountability for complex, cross-functional initiatives
      • Allocates team resources to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met
      • Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences
      • Designs and facilitates workshops and other cross-functional meetings
      • Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories; builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentations
      • Successfully manages relationships with senior business leaders and influences diverse groups of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
      • Strong project management skills
      • Strong people management skills
      • Embraces a mutual learning mindset
      • 10% travel may be required

      Minimum qualifications:

      • Experience leading large-scale business transformation teams from concept through implementation with tangible impact on operating/financial performance
      • 4-8 years of total work experience in progressive roles
      • MBA or graduate degree preferred
      • Certification, or interest in obtaining upon hire, in project management preferred

      Salary/ Wage Range

      $68,400.00 - $100,400.00 / year

      Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.       *If this position is located in a region with minimum wage requirements, we will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage: Denver: $17.29/per hour for nonexempt roles, Colorado: $50k/year for exempt roles.
