- Support Head - Innovation the development of a long term Innovation Strategy Roadmap for the GMR Innovation vertical
- Anchor the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the Innovation vertical
- Monitor and review the implementation of the AOP/business plan and bringing in updates/course corrections as required by management

- Creation of long term Innovation Strategy Roadmap and & management approval
- Completion of AOP on time & Management Approval

- Help Head – Innovation in fine-tuning and implementing the GMR Innovation Management framework
- Support managing various innovation initiatives being executed through the Innovation Lab, supporting teams in identifying and implementing specific initiatives and evaluating their results

- Finalize GMR Innovation Management Framework and rollout
- No. of initiatives executed through Innovation Lab

- Involvement in Policy Advocacy efforts in terms of preparing notes/presentations to support the top management in their stakeholder engagement efforts on key issues of significance to innovation agenda

- Engineering with a Management Degree from Premier Institutes
- Must have good understanding and exposure to emerging technologies with involvement in practical applications in real-life projects and solutions.
- 7+ years of total experience in the area of Innovation Management/Product Development/R&D Management with a Large Corporate/MNC or Management Consulting Firm out of which at least 3-5 years should be in SPG related &/ part of corporate innovation team of a corporate.
