- EHS Enterprise database support (KPA Flex platform):
- Manage user profiles for all modules and users.
- Resolve and provide support for user issues (system access, training, etc.).
- Work with supplier on requested enhancements and other help tickets.
- Act as intermediary for EMCOR internal system users and system provider.
- Prepare system reports and conduct incident data mining to support pattern and trend analysis.
- Oversee and maintain system templates, profiles, automated reports, etc.
- Coordinate needs with constituent internal user groups outside of SQP such as HR, Legal, Risk and IT.
- Develop and implement knowledge management protocols to promote information sharing.
- Fleet Management Systems:
- Understand and coordinate needs, training, maintenance support for operating company users in the maintenance of their business continuity plans.
- Resolve and provide support for user issues (system access, training, etc.).
- Assist in the delivery of system training.
- Oversee and maintain Corporate scorecards and reports.
- Assist Internal Audit function with program monitoring to promote user compliance with annual review and testing requirements.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Administrative support as required.
- Support the maintenance of SQP information in other internal communications platforms such as the company Intranet, Sharepoint, MS Teams, etc.
- B.A. / B.S. or equivalent experience required.
- Independent self-starter with experience operating independently with little day-to-day supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing needs across a decentralized organization.
- 3+ years’ experience in database management or safety, or risk management, or construction management.
- Sound understanding of statistics and the use of KPI’s.
- Good understanding of business processes.
- Strong interpersonal, management, communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of, or ability to gain knowledge of local, state and federal environmental health and safety regulations and practices in construction and general industry applications.
- Willingness to learn.
- Experience with and knowledge of EHS Enterprise software, MS Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Planner, etc.) Smartsheet etc. is desirable.

Job Title: -- Manager, SQP Systems
Job Summary: -- This position provides internal support for the successful maintenance, structure and use of EHS related systems and data. This includes the primary systems and databases used by EMCOR companies for EHS, Fleet Management and related data management. Act as liaison with system suppliers in initiating and managing work tickets, providing feedback, making requests and supplying user training. Act as system support to internal corporate and Operating Company users and managers. Oversee corporate reports, scorecards, and templates. Work and coordinate system needs with other internal system user groups, such as HR, IT, Legal and Risk to provide access, reports, trouble shooting, etc.
This role may also provide team support in other ways such as participating in conference planning, working on resource development and training delivery and administrative support to the VP, SQP.
Extensive training will be provided for all supported systems.
