      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, mentor, and develop the Global Talent Acquisition team to deliver a best-in-class recruiting strategy
      - Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and craft proactive recruiting strategies
      - Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
      - Design and implement innovative global sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
      - Refine employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s visibility as an employer of choice

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
      - Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders in strategic workforce planning
      - Demonstrated success in creating and executing scalable global talent acquisition strategies
      - Strong experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and managing recruitment teams
      - Expertise in global sourcing, recruitment marketing, and employer branding

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with talent acquisition technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly SmartRecruiters
      - Proven track record of advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring strategies
