      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement the annual recruitment strategy aligned with the organization's goals
      - Manage full cycle recruitment processes to ensure a standardized candidate experience
      - Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
      - Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
      - Oversee the development and management of targeted recruitment strategies for critical positions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Administration, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruiting or business administration
      - At least 5 years of human resources experience with a focus on recruitment
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
      - Knowledge of state and federal employment laws

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare recruitment, sales, marketing, or performance cost analysis
      - Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies and candidate engagement techniques
      - Previous experience in a teaching hospital or academic healthcare environment
