      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the Technical Support strategy to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
      - Triage and debug audio product issues affecting listeners and clients
      - Maintain customer satisfaction and quality levels while communicating progress
      - Coordinate with internal departments, QA, engineering, and vendors for issue resolution
      - Provide effective reporting on key performance indicators and objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Flexibility to work in a 24x7 operations environment
      - 3+ years of experience in a technical operations center
      - Proficiency in incident, problem, and change management
      - Strong technical troubleshooting skills
      - Experience with enterprise ticketing tools like Zendesk, Remedy, or Service Now

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting Applications and Infrastructure in AWS
      - Knowledge or certification of ITIL V4.0
      - Familiarity with cloud monitoring/logging tools like DataDog, Sumo Logic, or Splunk
      - Understanding of technologies supporting web presence such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
      - Experience working with mobile devices, smart speakers, and OTT devices
