- Be a leader: Lead, mentor, and coach members of the broader Third-Party Risk Management organization, fostering a culture of excellence in service delivery, professionalism, and quality output.
- Be quality-driven: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program for the third-party diligence function, aligned with third party diligence standards
- Be customer-focused: Implement and monitor strong KPIs reflective of business commitments, contractual obligations, audit priorities and control objectives, ensuring transparency across all third-party diligence related capabilities.
- Be capability-oriented: Support the development, implementation, and optimization of data-driven routines to build an operational centre of excellence within the Risk & Compliance organization.
- Be detail-oriented: Serve as an escalation point for the diligence team, support review and escalations of complex or disputed findings, meticulously reviewing documentation and analyses to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards
- Be a partner: Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Partnerships and Alliances, Global Procurement, General Counsel, Technology, Information Security, and other functions to address concerns and resolve escalations.
- Be a change agent: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the framework, leveraging emerging technologies such as automation and AI to enhance operational performance.
- 10+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years of relevant experience in risk management, procurement, administrative management, customer support or third-party risk management; and at least 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to think strategically and make sound business judgments.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team, promoting diversity, inclusion, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
- Natural curiosity, adaptability to navigate uncertainty, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to support and enhance policies, procedures, and operational processes in collaboration with key business stakeholders and across various domains.
