      Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

      Salary range: $62,389 - $77,985

      What work will you perform?

      Support and manage staff in day to day performance of their jobs. Review and ensure maintenance spend is utilized in a cost effective manner. Motivate and lead staff to accomplish goals. Ensures work meets deadlines and accuracy expectations. Build valuable relationships with 3rd party vendors. Manage customer service call center and all escalated issues.

      Essential Responsibilities:

      For individuals that manage people:

      • Organize workflow in area and ensure individual contributors understand duties and delegated tasks
      • Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed to meet required standards
      • Delegates work as needed to ensure all projects are completed accurately and timely
      • Provide guidance and coaching to individual contributors on day-to-day issues
      • Performs or assists subordinates in performing duties - may perform some daily tasks depending on volume
      • Set work schedules, approve weekly timecards, and time off requests for direct reports
      • Responsible for hiring and proper training of direct reports
      • Responsible for performance management, including annual reviews, goal setting and on-going feedback

      Additional responsibilities, including those that manage projects:

      • Maintains strict confidentiality
      • Evaluate ways to improve departmental cost effectiveness while maintaining safety and compliance standards
      • Maintenance Management:
      • Vendor Management:
      • Understand and maintain ISO and RC compliance as defined by management.
      • On call Nights, weekends and/or holidays as needed
      • Effectively communicate and work with internal and external customers including informal and formal presentations
      • Ensure area goals are met and adhere to budget
      • Provide resolution for escalated customer issues

      Required Minimum Experience and Education:

      • High School Diploma or GED
      • 2 Years Transportation experience

      Preferred Experience and Education:

      • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
      • 2 Years Supervisor experience

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

      • Efficient in Microsoft Office
      • Analytical problem solving skills
      • Financial and budgetary analysis
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills, makes presentations and conducts meetings as needed
      • Superb interpersonal skills
      • Professional demeanor
      • Good organizational skills
