Expected pay for this position is $42.64 - $56.50/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager Virtual Behavioral Health plays a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing virtual behavioral health programs and initiatives for OSF OnCall. This position involves overseeing staff to support virtual behavioral health services, ensuring that resources are available to deliver high-quality patient care.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related human service field

Experience:

1 year experience in working with a digital behavioral health platform and/or telehealth services, behavioral health referrals and scheduling

Licensure/ Certification:

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) from state of Illinois

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Outlook and Internet usage; must be willing and able to learn necessary skills for use of Electronic Health Record (EHR). ·

Able to recognize crisis situations to elevate to management/clinicians/Emergency Department, Emergency Response Service or other Community Emergency Resources.
