      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, develop, and implement effective processes for order fulfillment and claim resolution within the customer service team
      - Manage customer communications regarding daily work products, status, and expectations
      - Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal and external customers
      - Oversee order management and ensure processing of all orders, including manual entries
      - Identify root causes of issues and work on solutions to mitigate overages/underages

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - 7-10+ years of experience in Customer Service, 3PL, freight forwarding, supply chain, or logistics within the Pharmaceutical or Medical device industry
      - Hands-on knowledge of SAP/ERP systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing metrics for customer service excellence
      - Familiarity with serialization and EDI processes
      - Proven track record in managing special projects within a customer service context
