      • Help validate UI and backend workflows, triage user-reported issues, and document resolution steps

      • Work with REST and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman for basic testing and interaction

      • Use JIRA and ServiceNow to track tasks, bugs, and service tickets

      • Read and interpret JSON and XML payloads during issue analysis and testing

      • Write and run basic SQL queries for data validation and support tasks

      • Collaborate in real time with departments such as Customer Service and Accounting on high-priority issues, including assisting with orders in bad status , pulling ad-hoc reports, and assessing issue impact using SQL queries

      • Participate in design meetings and provide technical guidance on implementing new features in MAO

      • Review, suggest modifications, and approve final design documents prior to the implementation phase

This position is a member of the Digital Commerce Customer Systems Team.

      • Comfortable using Postman, JIRA, and ServiceNow

      • Familiarity with JSON, XML, and SQL
