The Manufacturer Business Analyst supports TireHub’s partnerships with key suppliers by analyzing business performance, market trends, and program effectiveness. This role is responsible for gathering and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, optimize supplier relationships, and enhance sales and profitability. The Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals and supplier expectations.
This role reports to the Sr. Manufacturer Business Manager .

Role Specifics:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyzes sales performance, market trends, and promotional strategies to identify opportunities for growth.• Develops and maintains dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier programs.• Monitors and assesses the effectiveness and accuracy of manufacturer rebate programs ensuring TireHub maximizes financial incentives.• Supports financial modeling and forecasting efforts to guide strategic decision-making.• Monitors and reconciles monthly pric e files from suppliers to ensure TireHub has accurate data and updated sales informationSupplier Program Management & Support:
• Assists the Sr. Manufacturer Business Manager in the development and execution of supplier business plans, aligning with TireHub’s sales and marketing objectives.• Tracks and reports on supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and program goals.• Provides data-driven recommendations for program improvements, pricing adjustments, and promotional strategies.• Partners with the Sr. Manufacturer Business Manager to evaluate new product opportunities and support go-to-market strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to drive business initiatives.• Support quarterly and annual business reviews with suppliers, preparing insights and presentations.• Assist in managing communications between TireHub and suppliers to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations.• Assist in managing communications with the Sales organization to ensure alignment on monthly and quarterly promotions and targets.Process Optimization & Strategy Development:
• Identify efficiencies in data management and reporting, streamlining processes for better decision-making.• Assist in the evaluation of pricing, margin analysis, and competitive positioning for TireHub and supplier products.• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to provide strategic recommendations.Training and Compliance:
• Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-person, virtual or computer-based learning modules, as assigned.• Complies with all TireHub policies and procedures.• Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of leadership.Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business , Finance, Marketing, or a related field required.• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, sales analytics, or supplier management (tire or automotive industry preferred).Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI tracking.• Strong understanding of promotional and pricing strategies, market analysis, and supplier relationships.• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite .• A valid Driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience required (3 years preferred; Does not include time on learner’s permits).Work Environment:
• This is a fast-paced and dynamic operating environment.• Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around.
