We’re currently looking for a Manufacturing Analytics Intern to join our Digital Acceleration team at the largest Nissan & Infiniti US Vehicle Plant located Smyrna, TN.

The position will be will be a full-time role from January 2024 to December 2024 in the Manufacturing Strategy and Planning Office. Our Team works on innovative approaches to modernize Manufacturing & Engineering by better usage of data.

During the course of your internship, you will have the chance to:

• Collaborate with manufacturing departments to develop analytics tools and predictive models
• Explore opportunities to adopt AI, where there is a good fit
• Develop operational analysis tools, reporting, and dashboards with Tableau
• Research and evaluate 3rd party business solutions and provide feedback on relevancy for manufacturing

In order to qualify for this role, you must:

• Senior Year or Pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Data Science
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself by developing innovative ideas
• Ability to learn new concepts independently and apply to business problems
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Have a data mindset with some experience in data analysis
