Job Description

- Perform duties in a manner fully compliant with safety and quality procedures and policies.
- Wind or assemble products ensuring the highest quality to meet customer requirements and delivery.
- Manually assemble material used in transformer manufacturing; very hands on process.
- Operate semi-automatic and manual winding machines.
- Use of a computer to check schedules, update manufacturing status of jobs, etc.
- Operate various types of cranes and fork trucks to aid in material handling.
- Assist in the training of other employees.
- High School degree, GED or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills (preferred).
- Prior manufacturing, welding or electrical experience (preferred).
- Ability to operate industrial equipment, including cranes and forklifts (preferred).
