What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage medium to large projects from concept to production
- Supervise project staff of up to 5 - 15 engineering professionals
- Ensure project planning, deliverables, reporting, and spending forecasts are managed successfully
- Interact with external stakeholders including equipment vendors, contractors, and government agencies
- Complete projects using workflows with Innovation, Operations, and Platform Groups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 4 years of Project Management Experience
- Direct accountability for projects with complexity of at least $5 million
- End-to-end Project Management Experience
- Ability to travel up to 75% within North America
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8 years of equivalent Project Management experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or industrial industries
