      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and understand organized market designs and the impact of design modifications
      - Facilitate market design changes through the stakeholder process and ensure effective implementation
      - Collaborate with market participants and member companies to coordinate and resolve market issues
      - Conduct in-depth analysis of market data to identify weaknesses or inefficiencies
      - Support the development of educational materials related to market design and assist in training junior staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, or a related field
      - Five years of job-related experience for Sr. Market Design Analyst; three years for Market Design Analyst II
      - Proficient in organizing and conducting technical and analytical studies
      - Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in power operations or market design in the Western Interconnection
      - Advanced degree in economics, math, or a related field
      - Experience in utility operations, RTO operations, or energy trading
      - Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis of large data sets
