      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor developments and trends in healthcare, conducting research on emerging topics of priority to the employer
      - Develop creative research methodologies and analytic models to assess significant healthcare trends
      - Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform organizational strategy
      - Prepare high-quality reports and presentations to effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a research, market analysis, or market intelligence role
      - Strong project scoping and management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
      - Experience in developing research hypotheses and strategies, and analyzing data with attention to detail
      - Ability to communicate and present effectively to diverse stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in healthcare, public health, or healthcare consulting
      - Familiarity with tools and databases such as Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and market intelligence platforms
      - Willingness to travel occasionally for employer activities or external events
