      We are looking for a talented individual…

      To join our team as a Market Outreach Specialist! This role will be responsible for developing and implementing focused Program offers, and will need to ensure projects are completed on-time and with high quality. This role is both internal-facing and client-facing, and there is often direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact. This position will also have tasks including reporting results, providing direct Program support via phone and email, and working collaboratively with the team to meet Program goals and deliverables.

      This position is remote, but successful candidates will reside in the service territory (Eastern PA - Allentown, Lancaster, York, etc.), as the role requires travel and in-person visits to our utility customers.

      • Recruit, train, educate, and develop relationships with customers and contractors to encourage effective use of programs.

      • Utilize customer data to develop outreach tactics to conduct customer outreach.

      • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business program offerings.

      • Support customers and contractors through the application process.

      • Process submitted applications utilizing documented processes.

      • Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve customer service and satisfaction.

      • Attend events, and support coordination and presentations of program materials.

      • Work to serve as a liaison between customers and contractors to enhance program satisfaction and participation.

      • Work in cooperation with others program allies to move projects forward and follow-up on leads.

      • Research’s the markets; accumulating data on businesses, and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the programs.

      • Ensure continuous improvement of operations.

      • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals.

      • Energy Efficiency or Utility Experience preferred

      Target Compensation:

      $65,000 / annually

      Compensation Range

      $62,700.00 - $94,100.00
