What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and support Qualtrics users while managing enterprise survey projects
- Program and deploy new survey projects, analyzing respondent feedback
- Design and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau and Qualtrics
- Implement creative solutions for project needs, including custom coding and data system integrations
- Manage contact data and create customized dashboards for various stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in market research and/or data analysis
- Strong working knowledge of statistics and market research methods
- Proficient in developing surveys and analyzing consumer feedback using Qualtrics
- Above-average skills in Excel required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Qualtrics brand admin
- Working knowledge of Tableau dashboard development
- Tableau server admin experience a plus
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL Server databases and SQL scripting
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
