What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, evaluate, and target accounts with the potential to generate transient and group business for the Rio Hotel
- Leverage various internal and external prospecting tools to identify and connect with new customers
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Las Vegas market drivers and customer needs
- Build and nurture meaningful customer relationships to drive long-term business opportunities
- Attend and actively participate in networking events, industry conferences, and sales blitzes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of hotel sales experience
- Strong understanding of sales tools, CRM systems, and prospecting platforms
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel as required for market visits and industry events
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Sales, or Business
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with Envision, EAS, Agency 360, Lanyon RFP, and LinkedIn Navigator
