What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own execution of ancillary RFPs for small to large group clients, both new business and renewal
- Conduct thorough analysis of ancillary benefits, highlighting plan design modifications and enhancements
- Adhere to best practices and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and quality deliverables
- Maintain marketing opportunities in the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Build relationships with internal colleagues and external broker and carrier partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent years of experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing analyst or carrier underwriting role
- Active life, accident, and health license
- Understanding of ancillary products (dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health)
- Meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills
