- Serve as the organization’s Google Analytics 4 (GA4) expert, ensuring best practices in setup, implementation, and use across all accounts.
- Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and GA4, tailored to various business audiences.
- ·Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex data sets and effectively present findings in clear, business-friendly formats.
- Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of website testing initiatives, including multivariate and A/B testing, to optimize user experiences and site performance.
- Collaborate with the web development team to improve GA4 implementation and tagging, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
- Use Excel VBA to develop and automate delivery of recurring reports for marketing teams on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, providing actionable insights.
- Provide ad-hoc analytics and reporting support across departments to address specific business questions and challenges.
- Use SQL in MS SQL Server and BigQuery to query, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Bachelors degree
- Professional experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) reporting and tagging.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with VBA in Excel.
- Familiarity with SQL programming.
- Experience with Google BigQuery and Tableau
- Displays critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success using metrics to improve engagement, inquiry generation, and conversion.
- Salary Range between $49,600 and $75,000 annually

Summary:
In today's data-driven landscape, digital marketing and analytics are vital to business success. Our Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our Digital Marketing Team (PPC, CPM, Website) with a strong emphasis on website performance and analytics. This individual will collaborate closely with the website technology team to identify gaps in data capture strategies and implement enhancements, enabling actionable insights. Serving as the primary point of contact for website analytics, the Marketing Analyst will deliver daily and ad-hoc reporting and ensure alignment with industry best practices for decision-making and business impact. This role will also serve as an in-house consultant to other business units that leverage GA4.
