What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing analytics, economics, statistics, data science, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in data analysis with emphasis on web and customer dynamics/segmentation
- Experience with digital analytics platforms, CRM, and data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with statistical tools such as R or SAS, and query tools such as SQL
- Familiarity with Google & Meta reporting platforms including GA4 and Google Ads
- Experience in advertising effectiveness analysis and ROI measurement
- Knowledge of digital conversion rate optimization and journey modeling
- Experience supporting A/B/M testing and personalization initiatives
