What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with key partners to identify business problems and define reporting/dashboard requirements
- Scope Business Analytics needs, locate data sources, and identify solutions for data automation
- Conduct statistical modeling and A/B testing to measure the influence of marketing tactics on business objectives
- Create marketing activation audiences and define treatment and holdout groups
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and improve marketing effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of relevant analyst work experience
- Expertise in SQL/advanced querying
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Strong knowledge of at least one Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's or advanced degree
- 5+ years of relevant analyst work experience, preferably within marketing
- Working knowledge of Python and/or R
- Familiarity with segmentation, attribution, and incrementality testing
- Experience with site analytics tools (e.g., Adobe or Google Analytics)
