This full-time, non-exempt staff position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to advancing the College of Health's strategic marketing, communication, and branding efforts.

      Position Number: S71220

      This position is a Grade: 8 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $43,940-$52,740 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

      As the Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the following key responsibilities:

      • Assist in the creation, editing, and dissemination of content, including newsletters, press releases, blog posts, web copy, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
      • Maintain and update COH’s website, ensuring dynamic, engaging, and current content in alignment with brand standards.
      • Maintain a content calendar of all owned and paid media.
      • Implement social media strategies and manage day-to-day posting on COH platforms, increasing engagement and follower growth.
      • Monitor website analytics and social media insights to assess campaign effectiveness and engagement.
      • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support the execution of high-visibility marketing projects.
      • Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all COH materials and communications.
      • Assist in coordinating communication efforts with Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) and the Office of Economic Engagement (OEE) for fundraising and partnership initiatives.

      To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

      • Associates Degree in Marketing and Communications, a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      • One to three years of related work experience
      • Strong organizational and project management abilities
      • Proficiency in content management systems and digital marketing tools
      • Creativity and attention to detail
