- Collaborate with partners, agencies, and subject matter experts on program tactics
- Optimize communication tactics based on content performance and effectiveness metrics
- Communicate with global counterparts to drive successful program activation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Marketing Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or Mass Communications
- 6-9 years of relevant working experience
- Customer-centric mindset with enthusiasm, passion, and curiosity
- Experience creating measurable strategic marketing communication plans
- Strong leadership and project management experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills
- Self-starter with strong multitasking skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and presentation abilities
