What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites in alignment with branding and business objectives
- Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns targeting segmented audiences using HubSpot
- Create and optimize high-converting landing pages to enhance lead generation and user engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align web and email campaigns with overall marketing strategies
- Track and analyze website traffic and email performance, generating reports to recommend optimizations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 to 4 years of applicable experience in web design and marketing
- Proven experience managing WordPress websites, with knowledge of CSS and HTML
- Familiarity with HubSpot, including email marketing and landing page tools
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and optimize campaigns

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Learning & Development (L&D) and certification-model training
- Creative skills with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Understanding of SEO and UI/UX principles, including web performance optimization
