What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze sales trends and KPIs, providing strategic recommendations to drive growth
- Generate reports, visualizations, and dashboards based on collected sales data
- Identify areas for operational improvement using analytical methods
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team to report on performance and target goals
- Assist in developing data governance policies to ensure effective management of key data assets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in statistics or information systems preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales planning, forecasting, data analysis, and CRM
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce.com CRM system; familiarity with Einstein and/or Tableau is a plus
- Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and/or Salesforce certifications are advantageous
- SQL proficiency preferred
