What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the content, coordination, and delivery of marketing communications for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions
- Create and execute strategic email, text, and mailing communication workflows for lead nurturing
- Collaborate with the Communications & Creative Services Department to design physical marketing collateral
- Monitor and maintain brand integrity across all marketing communications
- Perform data analysis and produce operational reports to track engagement and improve strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and create content

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with marketing automation tools, particularly Salesforce and Account Engagement
- Familiarity with HTML email design and best practices for email marketing
- Prior experience in a higher education or nonprofit environment
- Knowledge of biblical principles and commitment to a Christian worldview
- Engagement in meaningful involvement within a Bible-believing evangelical local church
