What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement
- Utilize technology to automate marketing workflows and tasks across various digital channels
- Build and launch email campaigns, including setup, A/B testing, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and effective
- Report on campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and digital marketing platforms, such as Active Campaign and Google Analytics
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

- Experience in B2C marketing is preferred
