What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct market analysis and consumer research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth
- Create and execute advertising campaigns and enrollment initiatives to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Support brand initiatives through internal training and managing brand resources for team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing or a related role
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience in a marketing role
- Bilingual in Spanish or another language
- Understanding of branding aspects
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
