What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and BigQuery to enhance acquisition tracking and attribution
- Own the creation of weekly dashboards and conduct ad-hoc analyses for marketing and finance teams
- Manage marketing mix modeling (MMM) and multi-touch attribution (MTA) models to evaluate channel performance
- Assist in the hold-out testing process to improve incrementality estimates and analyze ad-hoc tests
- Validate offline retail store sales estimates to assess the impact of acquisition channel spending
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics and related areas within ecommerce and retail
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Proficiency in MS Suite, Excel (including Pivot Tables), Tableau, Python, SQL, Adobe Analytics, and BigQuery
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management
