What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and facilitate auctions for storage units
- Train facility housekeepers to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate with the marketing company president and executive assistant on new builds
- Ensure customers receive high-quality care and service at the storage facility
- Manage daily operations of the storage facility in compliance with safety standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency with technology and computer systems
- Management experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a moderately risky environment with special safety precautions
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring some exertion, including moving items weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
