      What You’ll Be Doing

      • Supports the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs and internal communication strategies including email, social media, intranet employee portal and content marketing.
      • Good observation skills and a keen attention to detail
      • Create content in form of articles, blogs, papers, email, video scripts or social media based on the data collected from their research.
      • Create easy-to-read, easy-to-understand, creative content tailored to a specific audience based on marketing personas.
      • Creates well-researched content and concepts, proofreads and edits copy for employee-facing print and digital communication and marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice.
      • Works closely with human resources, employee experience team and marketing team to guide their content strategy by evaluating and determining resource allocation and maintaining the Spooner brand strategy.
      • Coordinates product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including creation of content and testing.
      • Evaluates and monitors campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
      • Conducts market and industry research to identify trends and opportunities to elevate the Spooner brand.
      • Maintains and executes internal marketing and event calendars related to recruitment for company and community events
      • Local travel will be required to meet the needs of the job functions.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
      • A mastery of Story Brand
      • A high level of creativity and preferred experience driving a brand message.
      • Strong organizational and project management skills, with an eye for detail.
      • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
      • Self-starter with the ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
      • Strong analytical skills and a desire to dive into metrics, analyze date and create actionable reports to guide strategy.
      • Thrives in a team environment.
      • Independent contributor requiring minimal supervision.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
