Position Summary

Assists the Marketing team with Marketing campaign and project execution support while managing assigned projects for the non-utility businesses.

Essential Functions

• Assists with the execution of B2B customer acquisition, Brand Marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Leads Marketing campaigns
• Proofreads copy for grammar, punctuation, and style in accordance with style and Brand guidelines
• Oversees the selection, purchase, distribution, and inventory of branded promotional items
• Assists with the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials
• Maintains budget tracking and invoice submissions for payment
• Assists with Marketing content development and coordinates content calendar
• Posts, reports, monitors comments and manages messages on social media platforms
• Assists with projects as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Background

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• Master’s Degree with 0 years of relevant experience
• Equivalent work experience – 6 years - may be considered in lieu of degree

Required skills

• Knowledge of Marketing principles and media including print, direct mail, digital, & social media
• Excellent proofing, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to efficiently manage time, balance multiple projects, and work efficiently under pressure, with careful attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on comprehensive projects as well as day to day needs
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
• Ability to find a way to “get it done
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred background

• Degree in marketing, business or related.

Preferred skills

• Experience working with Advertising/Marketing agencies and vendors
• Basic knowledge of CRM & CMS platforms
• Current with Marketing and industry trends and best practices

Compensation Range:

$47,250 - 75,600

We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring equitability compensation for all employees. The pay range for this position reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, bonuses, or other forms of compensation that might be part of the total compensation package. The specific salary offered will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, education, and experience.
