      The Marketing Coordinator, Events will be responsible for thought leadership events and media sales strategic initiatives through email campaigns, web and social media, ABM workflows, product specific thought leadership and content as well as analyzing ROI through various channels. This role will work cross-functionally with marketing, business operations, and product teams to streamline and automate workflows for initiatives; collaborate closely with product, product marketing, and sales teams for goal ownership (revenue), and digital/content marketing as well as marketing operations for execution and success measurement.

      Support Thought Leadership Events / Sponsorship Media Sales (non-event)

      Full campaign management of all Thought Leadership events, Sponsorship Media Sales and Networks & Affiliations events including creating Monday.com boards and campaign briefs with communications schedules for existing and new initiatives in these categories:

      • Casualty Insights Conference - NYC
      • Cyber Risk Insights Conference London
      • Cyber Risk Awards – NYC
      • Cyber Risk Insights Conference – NYC
      • Property Insights Conference – NYC
      • Non-event Sponsorship Media Sales as contracted with customers to include surveys, whitepapers; webinars
      • Networks & Affiliations Events throughout the year

      Responsibilities include coordinating external communications for the above with Marketing Communications, Thought Leadership event manager or Editorial team for Sponsorship Media Sales, Affiliations Director; Project Lead to distribute all materials for review to key stakeholders – all comms should go through the Coordinator; work with Marketing Operations to develop strategy, timelines and execution of above communications. Keep sales teams for updated with all changes and/or issues for the above.

      Additional duties include but are not limited to:

      • Regular Events website audits
      • Backup for webinars: coordination and moderator
      • Monthly marketing meeting and MKO coordination: gather and organize presenter materials and support for events team
      • Social media support: comments on influencers, tags and mentions

      Factors for Success

      • Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing automation or email marketing knowledge – experience with Marketo, Salesforce and Monday.com is a plus
      • Project/product management experience, B2B SaaS experience in a marketing department and/or customer success/experience team is preferred
      • Great collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally within the organization and with customers
      • 2-3 years of marketing or customer success/experience work
