What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in managing virtual and live event logistics, including webinars and on-site support
- Oversee customer list management, ensuring accuracy and organization for marketing programs
- Support the management and cleanup of the customer database in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Aid in executing tactics and gifting related to the advocacy program
- Manage 3rd party review sites and report on customer sentiment in collaboration with the demand generation team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Entry-level experience with a passion for marketing and communications
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and marketing strategies
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and basic CRM knowledge

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with campaign setup and automation tasks in marketing automation platforms
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce for tracking leads and managing customer data
