What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the advancement of data processes and reporting capabilities across acquisition and retention marketing
- Own reporting flows related to marketing spend and performance, creating automated and scalable solutions
- Develop reporting solutions providing executive-level visibility into marketing performance
- Coordinate across business units for marketing planning on various cadences
- Communicate with marketing senior leadership to translate business questions into reporting solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of Data Analytics experience in an e-commerce, direct-to-consumer environment
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing Data Analytics
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python
- Proficient in data visualization tools, preferably Tableau

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing statistical models into business processes
- Intellectual curiosity and a solid understanding of data sources and ecosystems
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, including senior management
