What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, organize, and execute various events to enhance the employer's brand and client loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for effective event coordination
- Support event logistics, including venue selection, audio-visual requirements, catering, and accommodation arrangements
- Manage event contracts from execution through to payment
- Lead onsite management of events, including registration and attendee management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
- Previous event planning experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software

- Project management experience
- Salesforce experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with event staff
- Expert-level interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking and good judgment in decision-making
