What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and organize various events, meetings, tradeshows, and conferences
- Manage event logistics, including staffing, venue booking, and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution
- Prepare event reports and budgets, analyzing information for future planning
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to meet defined event goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience and 2 years in hotel events management
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong budget management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Must be willing to travel extensively (up to 35%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of the B2B SaaS space (experience in B2B is highly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Swoogo, and HubSpot
- Passion for events, marketing, branding, and lead generation
- Experience managing vendor and agency relationships
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt based on feedback
