- Demonstrates an understanding of the business, needs and business goals
- Creates and prepares various content, presentations and materials as needed
- Executes tasks by utilizing various technologies and platforms specific to the business
- Present reporting on social media impact
- Support Marketing Operations manager and responsibilities as it relates to executing on email strategy, nurture campaigns, marketing automation, and A/B testing
- Collaborate with demand generation and content marketers for current lead generation campaigns
- Responsible for list segmentation and delivery
- Assist with reporting on email success, as necessary
- Provide support for managing email timelines and adhere to existing deadlines
- Provide additional support to team as needed
- High School Diploma OR
- Currently pursuing a BS/BA or MS/MA degree) OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivation and excellent problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
- Ability to clear required background check
- Preference will given to students who have earned an industry-recognized certification
- This is an office-based position. The noise level in the office is usually moderate (computers, printers, light foot traffic).

We anticipate this position will pay $20 per hour. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. The Marketing intern gets exposure to a corporate environment and gains valuable experience and insight into the department’s business processes. The primary responsibility for this role will be to assist with marketing campaigns including email and marketing automation. Other tasks will be assigned as needed. Essential functions may vary from administrative, clerical and support level work to more hands-on tactical work as determined by business needs. You will be able to share your insights and perspective with prospective students and families, local leaders, and industry professionals. Associates will have opportunities to try new things, get noticed, and be helpful contributors.
