- Collaborate with team to create social and email marketing content
- Assist with social and email marketing content scheduling and reporting
- Assist with campaign audience creation/troubleshooting
- Assist with sales force data cleanliness initiative
- Assist with invoicing and reconciling of marketing receipts
- Register employees and clients for events
- Ship/receive event collateral ( i.e. banner stands, flyers) and record collateral location
- Review and compile firm description/logo information for associations and events
- Assist with webinars, roundtables, conferences, and tradeshows
- Support additional events projects and duties as needed
- Currently enrolled in a college or university
- Interest in a wide spectrum of marketing initiatives and strategy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to closely collaborate with team on tight timelines
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and prioritize work assignments
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with SurveyMonkey, Salesforce, and project management tools is a plus
Wolf is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team at our growing and well- establish ed national firm. As a Marketing Intern, you will help support the Marketing team and Wolf through a variety of tasks related to social media and event planning. The successful candidate possesses strong organizational skills and has a desire to be challenged in a dynamic work environment.
**The role will be based in Boston. Hybrid. Applicants must live in New England area**

The salary for this position is $26.00 per hour.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
